Présentation générale

I am a CNRS researcher in formal semantics working on topics related to event predicates, the semantics of time and space, the kind-token distinction, adjectival and adverbial modification, and the syntax-semantics interface.

My previous postdoctoral project at the Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona, which was funded by a Juan de la Cierva grant from the Ministerio de Ciencia y Innovación, dealt with the semantics of past passive participle constructions.

My Ph.D. thesis, entitled Ps in Motion and supervised by Henriëtte de Swart, Tanya Reinhart and Maaike Schoorlemmer at the Utrecht Institute of Linguistics OTS (2008), investigates the semantic and syntactic role of P elements in motion events.

Aspectual affixes in Russian and Czech summarises the results of my MA thesis (2002, Department of Slavistics, Humboldt University Berlin).
