Morphology Workgroup : Marine Wauquier

As a tribute to its very foundation, this Workgroup session will be dedicated to the reading of research papers, and more precisely of two articles on the automatic prediction of morphological derivatives, entitled Predicting the Growth of Morphological Families from Social and Linguistic Factors (Hofmann, Pierrehumbert and Schütze, 2020) and DagoBERT: Generating Derivational Morphologywith a Pretrained Language Model (Hofmann, Pierrehumbert and Schütze, 2020). I will do a presentation of both works, but I strongly encourage you to read the articles so as to allow in-depth discussions. The presentation will be in French, but exchanges might be in English if needed.
